Tudor Investment Selling CT HQ, Moving Closer to NYC
Tudor Investment Corp. is selling its 43-acre campus in Greenwich, CT to Brunswick School, and plans to relocate its HQ office closer to New York City where it has an office at Astor Place. The deal involving the King Street property is not yet finalized nor has a purchase price been disclosed.
The hedge fund giant confirmed it plans to move in spring 2018. The relocation is being driven by a desire to be closer to transit to and from Manhattan, including the Metro-North train line. Tudor is looking at office space options in the Greenwich-Stamford corridor.
The current Tudor Connecticut office, at 1275 King St., is across the street from the school and would nearly double the private boy’s school’s campus.
