Tucson Logistics Center Dealt for $118M
The Tucson Commerce Center has sold for $118 million. It’s a three-building logistic/industrial site consisting of 800,000 square feet sitting on 47 acres in Tucson. Two of the buildings were sold to Bridge Development for $79 million, the other was sold to an undisclosed buyer for $39 million. Owned and developed by Flint Development, the recently delivered project was more than 91% leased to five tenants, including some prominent global and regional brands.
Located at 3610 East Valencia Rd, Tucson Commerce Center features modern design and functionality, including 32-ft clear heights, abundant dock loading and grade loading, ample car and trailer parking, exterior LED lighting, ESFR sprinklers, and more. The property is strategically positioned near I-10, offering immediate access to the population center and Tucson International Airport.
Flint Development was represented in both transactions by Cushman & Wakefield’s Will Strong, Kirk Kuller, Michael Matchett, Molly Hunt, and Dean Wiley of the firm’s National Industrial Advisory Group—Mountain West.
