Tucker Apartments Trade for $75M

Pennsylvania-based Adams Investor Group has acquired East Ponce Village, a 977-unit garden-style multifamily community in Tucker. The sales price was $75 million.

Located at 1310 Wood Bend Drive, the property was formerly known as 13Ten. The property consists of one- and two-bedroom floor plans with walk-in closets and washer and dryer connections. Amenities include a clubhouse, business center, swimming pools, an outdoor area with grilling stations, a fitness center and racquetball and tennis courts.

Judy MacManus, Matt White, Paul Vetter and Andrew Mays of Berkadia’s Atlanta office represented Adams Investor Group in the acquisition. The seller was Toronto-based Medallion Corp.
