Tubing Central Expands & Relocates HQ

Tubing Central LLC expanded and moved its headquarters office and regional distribution center to Carter Business Center in South Fort Worth. The tenant is moving from shared space with four other divisions of its privately-held parent company, to a 24,419-square-foot end cap at 7865 Will Rodgers Blvd.

Nick Talley with Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord, Realty Associates Fund X LP, in the lease. Monika Guzman with Structure Commercial was the tenant rep. The 120,243-square-foot Carter Business Center consists of two buildings measuring 80,266 square feet and 39,997 square feet. Tubing Central is backfilling space in the larger structure, bringing the entire asset to 100% occupancy.
