TTX Co. Recommits to LaSalle Investment’s 101 N. Wacker in Chicago

TTX Company signed a 103,399 square-foot lease renewal at LaSalle Investment Management’s 101 N. Wacker in Chicago. The new deal ensures that the railcar owner and manager will remain as one of the 24-story, 599,503-square-foot building’s largest tenants.

CBRE’s Todd Lippman, Jim Whalen, Jon Milonas and Bill Sheehy represented the tenant. JLL’s Melissa Rubenstein and Kim Doyle handled the deal on behalf of ownership.

“101 N. Wacker uniquely stands as a premier Class A building on Wacker Drive, which is why we continue to secure the recommitments of major tenants like TTX,” said Rubenstein, who notes a major building renovation is planned for 101 N. Wacker.

Slated for completion in early 2019, improvements to the building will include: exterior improvements to create a new identity along Wacker Drive; a sophisticated lobby; and a sleek and modern tenant lounge featuring collaboration space, a state-of-the-art conference facility and a game room.
