TTM Acquires HHLA Entertainment Center in Los Angeles
Formerly known as The Promenade at Howard Hughes Center, the newly-named HHLA dining and entertainment center has been purchased by TTM Real Estate Capital for a reported $80 million. TTM also announced that 60out Escape Rooms and the Muhammad Ali Experience will become tenants at the HHLA center.
“We’re excited to elevate HHLA by bringing new entertainment options to the center,” said TTM Real Estate Capital principal Tyler Mateen. “Dining and entertainment centers continue to be popular with consumers and we look forward to revitalizing this landmark center with new tenants and welcoming new visitors.”
60out Escape Rooms has been named the number-one escape rooms in LA by Trip Advisor while the Muhammad Ali Experience combines storytelling, multi-media and high tech to showcase the story of The Greatest of All Time.
HHLA is a 249,000-square-foot center that has been renovated with outdoor areas, a fire pit and an improved pedestrian-friendly layout. Tenants include Cinemark 18, Ben & Jerry’s and Buffalo Wild Wings.
