TSCG Tapped to Lease $150M MXU Project in Tallahassee

The Shopping Center Group (TSCG) has been tapped as the exclusive leasing agent for North American Properties’ The Cascades, a $150-million live-work-play mixed-use development in Tallahassee.

Located nearby the 24-acre Cascades Park, the nine-story development will feature 161 residential units, 44,195 square feet of office space and 27,000 square feet of retail space, as well as a 154-room AC Hotel by Marriott International. The space is expected to be occupant-ready by fall 2020.

“Many gaps in retail, service and dining amenities need to be filled within the downtown core,” said Shawn McIntyre, managing partner, North American Properties. “This transformative urban development will also honor the rich history of downtown Tallahassee through the preservation and restoration of two architecturally-significant buildings, in addition to creating an historic, memorial plaza.”
