TSCG Brokers $13M Sale of Kroger-Anchored Shopping Center in Cobb County

Retail-focused real estate advisory firm The Shopping Center Group has arranged the $12.7 million sale of Varner Crossing, a Kroger-anchored neighborhood center in Cobb County.

Built in 2003, the 80,500-square-foot shopping center is located at the intersection of Lost Mountain and Macland Road in western Cobb County. In addition to Kroger, the 98%-leased asset also features Macland Animal Hospital, Big Al’s Liquor, Premier Martial Arts, Subway, Marco’s Pizza and Dunkin’ Donuts.

Anthony Blanco of TSCG represented the seller, a private Chicago investor, in the transaction. The buyer was a private entity represented by Atlanta-based Coro Realty Advisors.
