TSCG Arranges Sale of Three Florida Shopping Centers
The Shopping Center Group has arranged the sale of three Florida retail centers in Jacksonville, Orlando and Coral Springs. The total dollar value of the sales was more than $18 million.
Atlantic Springs Plaza, a 34,000-square-foot center in Coral Springs was sold by Cedarwood Development to a private, South Florida investor for $7.1 million. Deltona Commons, a 49,000-square-foot grocery-anchored center in Orlando was sold by CIM Group to Global Fund Investments for $8 million. Dollar Tree Shoppes, a 17,400-square-foot center in Jacksonville’s Yulee submarket, was sold by Tabani Group to a California investor represented by Colliers for $3.3 million.
Anthony Blanco, Lenard Williams, Mallory Silva and Tyler Freeman of TSCG represented the sellers in the three separate transactions.
