TSCG Appoints Michelle Gutierrez DC Regional Manager 

The Shopping Center Group (TSCG) has appointed Michelle Gutierrez as the new regional manager in Washington, DC. With over 24 years of experience in commercial property management across the D.C., Maryland, and Virginia markets, Michelle brings a wealth of expertise to her new role.  

Prior to joining TSCG, Michelle served as a senior general manager at JLL, senior property manager at Rappaport, and Real Estate Manager at CBRE. Michelle is a Certified Property Manager, LEED Green Associate, Real Property Administrator, and holds her Virginia Salesperson license. She was named a 2021 JLL Rising Star Nominee, received the 2019 IREM Northern Virginia Chapter Ambassador Award, and has been a leadership member of the IREM Northern Virginia Chapter for over 14 years. 

“Michelle is an inspirational leader who understands clients’ expectations and the value of open, concise communication amongst our teams,” said John Sebring, executive managing director of Property Management. “She will be a tremendous addition to our property management team in the DMV market.”
