TSCG Adds Three to Tenant Rep Team in Florida

The Florida Division of TSCG has added three new hires to its tenant representation team in Orlando, Miami and Tampa. Additionally, the firm has hired Sarah Morgan Dance as a leasing associate in Orlando.

Mara Frumkin joins the Orlando team as a tenant representation broker, working with teams responsible for the execution of site selection and expansion strategies for retailers including AutoZone, Tropical Smoothie, LA Fitness and Taco Bell.

Philip Wellde joins the firm’s Miami office as a tenant representation broker, and will be responsible for site selection and lease negotiations for national and regional tenants throughout southeast Florida.

In the firm’s Tampa office, Carlos Alfonso joins as a tenant representation broker, responsible for site selection, lease negotiations and other brokerage services for tenants including Sprouts Farmers Market, Bed Bath & Beyond and LA Fitness.
