Trusted Media Brands Relocates within SL Green Portfolio

JLL completed a 14,795-square-foot lease at 485 Lexington Ave. on behalf of Trusted Media Brands, a media and direct marketing company. The tenant, a client of JLL vice chairmen Matthew Astrachan and Mitch Konsker for 36 years, signed a 10-year lease with property owner SL Green Realty Corp. Trusted Media Brands will relocate to 485 Lexington from 750 Third Ave., also owned by SL Green.

“We were excited about the prospect of staying within the SL Green portfolio as we have had a great experience with them as a subtenant at 750 Third Ave.,” said Dean Durbin, Trusted Media Brands’ CFO and chief administrative officer.

Trusted Media Brands was represented by Astrachan and Konsker along with JLL associate VP Kristen Morgan. The landlord was represented by JLL vice chairman Paul Glickman, managing director Jonathan Fanuzzi, SVP Diana Biasotti and VP Kip Orban.
