Truss Launches Enhanced Transactional Platform

Online marketplace Truss is launching an enhanced version of TrussCRE, its listing and transactional marketplace for brokers. To help brokers in Chicago close more deals faster, the platform now offers the ability to conduct and adjust a real-time market survey and share results electronically with clients.

While common in other industries, these enhanced technologies are reportedly new to commercial real estate. TrussCRE’s features and functionalities include the ability to electronically share listings in real-time, while allowing for client collaboration with a chat function.

“In the end, this is a tool for brokers and further showing our commitment to them,” said Truss cofounder Bobby Goodman. “At the same time, we also know tenants are wanting more tech-forward solutions to finding their next space. We also listened to the feedback we received from brokers who used TrussCRE during our soft launch in Boston, and we’ve made significant improvements in this latest version.”

Connect Chicago Fall 2019 will take place Oct. 29 in Chicago. For more information, or to register, click here.
