The two latest projects are the 91-unit Knox, in the Dogpatch neighborhood, and the 70-unit Rowan in the Inner Mission. The buildings are set for completion in the fall of next year, and sales of the condos will begin next spring.

Trademark is currently building 76 new condos in the former University of the Pacific Dugoni School of Dentistry and recently completed 27 condos in Cow Hollow.
