California and Colorado-based Trumark Homes has announced new home sales at Dawn at the Collective, an age-qualified community in Manteca, CA. The neighborhood includes 76 single-family detached homes, ranging from 2,021 to 2,462 square feet with attractive lot sizes.
Dawn is the latest community to debut at The Collective, an award-winning master-planned community in the Central Valley city of Manteca. The new neighborhood is steps away from The Campus, the 5-acre premium resort-style activation hub with amenities that include a spa, pickleball courts and a dog park.
“We are proud to debut Dawn at the Collective, offering spacious, high-quality homes for active adults who desire a community that complements their zeal and lifestyle.” said Trumark’s Tony Bosowski. The new homes inside the gated community will have two bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms and inviting front porches with prices starting in the high $500,000’s.
