Trumark Homes recently unveiled Melrose Heights, a planned community of four new home neighborhoods in Oceanside. The new community will be situated on 70 acres at the corner of Melrose Drive and Oceanside Boulevard.

Designed to appeal to first-time, move-up and move-down buyers – Melrose Heights will feature detached single-family homes, and two- and three-story townhomes ranging from 1,175 square feet to 2,416 square feet. The homes will offer a wide choice of floorplans from a two-bedroom, two-bath designs to five bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Models for the four neighborhoods – Sunset, Neptune, Harbor and Strand – are expected to open in early 2022. Prices are anticipated to range from the low $500,000s to the low $800,000s.
