True Storage, LLC, has purchased a 183,300-square-foot flex/industrial building in Attleboro, MA for $3.1 million.

David Stubblebine, James Stubblebine and Aaron Smith of The Stubblebine Company represented the seller, ACCBLDG 1, LLC, and procured the buyer.

The building is situated on 8.27 acres at 34 Forest Street with proximity to I-495, I-295, and I-95. True Storage plans to re-develop the former Texas Instruments campus into a self-storage property.

True Storage fulfills its commitment to improving communities by converting underutilized retail spaces into high-quality self-storage facilities.
