True Star Transit, Moviemachines Sign SFV Leases

True Star Transit, a refrigerated foods transportation company, and Moviemachines, a vehicle provider for the entertainment industry, signed leases at an industrial facility in San Fernando. The two deals total more than 72,500 square feet at Accord Interests, LLC’s 300,000-square-foot property at 13571 Vaughn St.

True Star Transit will occupy a 26,267 square-foot space, and Moviemachines will occupy 46,270 square-feet.

CBRE’s David Harding, Greg Geraci, Matt Dierckman and Billy Walk represented the landlord in both deals. CBRE’s Bennett Robinson represented True Star Transit in its lease agreement. The CBRE team of Harding, Geraci, Dierckman and Walk advised  Moviemachines in its transaction.

“True Star Transit expanded their refrigerated transportation operation that services nationwide freight for some of the top food manufacturers in the country,” said Robinson.

Moviemachines needed to relocate to a larger space to accommodate the expected increase in demand following COVID-19 shutdowns.
