True Life Sells Vista Parcel to Tri Pointe Homes

The True Life Companies (TTLC) has sold Vista Melrose via assignment of its purchase and sale agreements to Tri Pointe Homes, one of the nation’s largest homebuilders. The 5.27-acre parcel is located in the City of Vista’s Melrose Avenue corridor in northern San Diego County. Tri Pointe Homes plans to build 41 single-family homes.

“Vista Melrose stands out as a premier opportunity for housing, thanks to its exceptionally desirable location, vast employment opportunities, and local attractions,” said Scott Menard, EVP at TTLC. “Living here puts you just a few miles from the beach, yet also offers convenient access to Riverside County and Orange County via the nearby I-15, State Route 78 and Interstate 5.”

Added Scott Clark, TTLC chairman and CEO, “Tri Pointe Homes is the ideal partner to develop much-needed housing for the City of Vista’s continually supply-constrained market. We’re all excited to watch this project unfold.”
