Trucking Facility in Far North Suburb Sells to Freight Carrier

Entre Commercial Realty arranged the sale of a truck maintenance and trailer parking facility at 14400 Washington St. in Woodstock, IL, a northwest suburb approximately 50 miles from downtown Chicago. The sale price was not disclosed.

With more than seven acres of outside storage and trailer parking, the 17,600-square-foot industrial facility was previously owned by CTS Group of Companies, LLC. The I-2 zoned facility presented an opportunity for heavy uses along with trucking and outside storage.

Kevin Kaplan, CCIM of Entre Commercial Realty represented the seller. The buyer, Esquire Logistics Co., was represented by Andrei Andronic of Remax. Esquire is an interstate freight carrier based in Bloomingdale, IL.
