Tru Vue Extends Industrial Lease in McCook

Lee & Associates of Illinois represented ownership in the negotiation of a 229,200-square-foot lease extension to Tru Vue at 9400 W. 55th Street in McCook, Illinois.

Tom Condon, SIOR, principal at Lee & Associates of Illinois, along with Fischer and Co., represented Tru Vue, a manufacturer of glazing and glass products for picture framing, architecture and preservation.

Terry Grapenthin and Ryan Earley, principals with Lee & Associates of Illinois, represented the owner, High Street Logistics Properties. “The market dynamics were such that an extension was not automatic,” Condon said. “Thanks to both Tru Vue and High Street for agreeing to a win-win for everyone.”

The one-story Class A industrial building includes 30-foot clear heights, HVAC climate control systems, ESFR sprinklers, 24 loading docks, three drive-in doors, 20 trailer parking spots and 245 vehicle parking spots.
