Tru Fit Athletic Club and Urban Air Trampoline & Adventure Park leased a combined 59,445 square feet at what was once an Academy Sports & Outdoor store on San Antonio’s south side. The space, which totals 162,531 square feet, is at Southwest Junction Shopping Center at 165 S.W. Military Dr.

Guyla Sineni and Jonathan Haag represented the landlord, Southwest Junction Ltd., in negotiating the lease. Milam Real Estate Capital manages the property.

TruFit Athletic Club has taken down 33,752 square feet. The tenant, which offers personal training and group fitness, is expanding in Texas and Colorado. Meanwhile, Urban Air Trampoline & Adventure Park, which will occupy 25,693 square feet, offers a variety of games, such as a ropes course, trampolines and indoor skydiving.
