Tru Fit Enters College Station

Tru Fit Athletic Clubs planted its flag in College Station, TX, taking down 46,155 square feet of anchor space in the 156,520-square-foot Parkway Square, at 2408 Texas Avenue South. The elite athletic center joins a tenant lineup that includes Stein Mart, Harbor Freight Tools, King Dollar, Twisted Noodle Co., McDonald’s, Firestone and others.

Weitzman’s James Namken and Kyle Knight handled negotiations for the center’s owner, FSC Realty LLC, which is headquartered in Beverly Hills, CA. CBRE represented the athletic club.

Tru Fit operates 18 locations in Texas, and six Colorado facilities. The centers offer personal training, group fitness and other member options.
