TRT Holdings Joins Frost Tower Development Team

TRT Holdings Inc. is joining Weston Urban of San Antonio and Dallas-based KDC as a third joint equity partner in developing the 460,000-square-foot Frost Tower in downtown San Antonio. HFF worked on behalf of Weston Urban and KDC in negotiating the agreement.

The 23-story Frost Tower, at Houston and Flores Streets, is being developed as part of a complicated public-private partnership agreement originally struck between developer Weston Urban, Frost Bank and the city of San Antonio. Under the deal, the Weston high rise will house the bank’s regional headquarters. Meanwhile, Frost’s current space at 100 W. Houston will be sold to the city.

Pelli Clarke Pelli is the lead architect. Clark Construction Group LLC is the general contractor.
