
TriWest North Phoenix HQ Campus Sold for Nearly $20M
TriWest Corporate Headquarters Campus, a four-building office property in Phoenix’s Deer Valley, was acquired by Florida-based Phoenix AZ Holdings LLC for $18.5 million. The seller was Irvine, CA- based Granite Phoenix Complex Holdings.
Located at 15810, 15820, 15830 and 16010 N. 28th Avenue, the 121,511-square-foot property is situated on roughly 12.34 acres within the 100-acre Arizona Business Park. The site is 100% leased to TriWest Healthcare Alliance, which has occupied the property since 2003 and recently renewed its lease.
The property is near Interstate 17 and the Loop 101 Freeway interchange in a Deer Valley office submarket that has the largest concentration of professional and financial services workers in Arizona.
CBRE’s Barry Gabel, Chris Marchildon and Will Mast represented the seller.
Marchildon says, “The sale of the TriWest Corporate Headquarters is indicative of what investors are seeking in today’s marketplace. Single-tenant office investment opportunities are a preferred product type due to reliable cash flow and minimal managerial oversight.”
