Tritower Financial Group Sells Independence Center II Office in Chantilly
Tritower Financial Group has disposed of Independence Center II, a Class A office building totaling 115,563 square feet in Chantilly, VA.
Jim Meisel, Matt Nicholson, Andrew Weir, Dave Baker and Kevin Byrd of JLL marketed the property on behalf of the seller.
“The Westfields submarket continues to outperform the broader NoVA office market and that has really resonated with the investment community post-COVID,” said Nicholson.
Independence Center II is located at 15040 Conference Center Drive in the cyber-intelligence hub of Westfields. Completed in 2006, the property is fully leased to tenants that have invested significant capital for high-value infrastructure upgrades, including SCIF (Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility) rooms, data centers and backup generators.
The property has excellent accessibility throughout the Washington, DC area with access to Route 28, Interstate 66, Route 50 and the Dulles Toll Road (Route 267). Washington Dulles International Airport is eight miles from Independence Center.
