Triten Real Estate to Develop 490K-SF Warehouse in San Antonio

National real estate investment, development and operating company Triten Real Estate partners has announced plans to develop Connection Park Logistics Center, a 490,083-square-foot, cross-dock warehouse facility in San Antonio.

Located on 32 acres at 6851 Cal Turner Drive, the development is within an established industrial park featuring direct access to Interstate 10 and Loop 410. Large-scale national and global users surround the property. Neighboring properties include major industrial centers such as the 4 million-square-foot Amazon fulfillment center, the 1 million-square-foot Dollar General, and the 1 million-square-foot H-E-B distribution and manufacturing plant.

Groundbreaking is slated for the end of the first quarter of 2022. Will Hedges of Triten Real Estate Partners will oversee the development and leasing at the center.
