TriOut Advisory Group and Tesla Motors have reachd an agreement for the car maker to occupy a 57,447-square-foot building located at 300 Shingle Way in the Nashville submarket of Franklin, TN.

The property is being prepared to serve as the next location of a Tesla Motors Flagship Store, and one of the country’s largest according to commercial real estate advisor firm TriOut Advisory Group. The facility will house a vehicle gallery, service center and Superchargers and be open for service by the middle of 2023.

300 Shingle Way was acquired by TriOut Advisory Group in late 2019. It is a single-story freestanding building built in 2006 that is nestled on a seven-acre lot surrounded by Mercedes, Infiniti and Hyundai dealerships. The property is positioned parallel to Interstate 65 and is a 30-minute drive to downtown Nashville and a 12-minute drive to Brentwood.
