Trio Selected for 1.8M-SF Louisville Industrial Portfolio Assignment

TRIO Commercial Property Group has been awarded a 1.8-million-square-foot industrial portfolio for leasing and management services. The assignment from Weston, Inc. encompasses five prominent Louisville properties, the bulk of which are industrial, office and flex space.

TRIO now oversees management and leasing efforts for more than three million square feet of property in the Kentucky and Indiana regions. To maximize this growth, TRIO has expanded its industrial team with the addition of three key players: Dalton Dreisbach, SIOR, CCIM, Adrianne Gaytos, and Dexter Outlaw, MAI. This team, alongside Justin Baker, SIOR, Becky Norton, and Seth Edens, SIOR, will spearhead the management and leasing efforts for TRIO’s fast-growing industrial portfolio.

“Through our collaboration, we can leverage our collective expertise to ensure the continued success of Weston’s properties,” said Baker. Weston, Inc. is a Cleveland, Ohio-based owner, developer, and manager of more than 28 million square feet of space in nine states. TRIO Commercial Property Group, headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky, offers a full range of services including tenant representation, retail, industrial, office, healthcare, hospitality, investment sales, and property management.
