Trio of Office Brokers Join CBRE from Avison Young

CBRE expanded its office leasing and tenant rep team in Los Angeles with the addition of Jacob Bobek, Scott Steuber and Jeff Vertun. The trio join from Avison Young, and will be part of the firm’s occupier advisory and transaction services group. They will be based in DTLA.

Bobek joins CBRE as EVP and brings more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience. That includes representing tenants in a variety of industries, including entertainment, gaming, technology and automotive.

Steuber, a corporate-occupier specialist and LEED-accredited professional, joins as a SVP and brings more than 13 years of CRE experience in lease, sales, financing and construction needs. Steuber helped form and run Avison Young’s tech/new media practice group, and currently serves as president of the board of directors for CoreNet’s Southern California chapter.

Vertun, who joins CBRE as FVP, specializes in working closely with technology, media, and professional service companies.
