Trio of Leases Signed at Pompano Beach Industrial Facility

Three industrial leases totaling 76,105 square feet were inked at Pompano Center of Commerce II, a new warehouse and distribution center developed by Butters Construction & Development in Broward County,FL. Leases were secured with Crown Products (28,787 square feet at 1650 NW 18th St.), Warehouse Restaurant Supply (26,099 square feet 1600 NW 18th St.), and Gourmet Innovations (21,291 square feet at 1550 NW 18th St.)

Les Byron of Sperry Van Ness represented Crown Products. Scott Gordon of Newmark Partners, L.P. represented Warehouse Restaurant Supply. Howard Elfman of Distinctive Home Realty represented Gourmet Innovations. Cushman & Wakefield’s Chris Metzger, Richard Etner Jr., Christopher Thomson and Matthew McAllister represented the landlord.

The leases bring Buildings Six, Seven and Eight of Pompano Center of Commerce II to 67% occupancy. All three tenants are expected to take occupancy during 4Q 2018. The four-building warehouse and distribution campus totals 376,644 square feet.
