Trio of Leases Brings 99 Park Ave. to 95% Occupancy
JLL completed three transactions totaling 65,428 square feet at 99 Park Ave., a 25-story Class A office building near Grand Central Terminal, on behalf of property owner Global Holdings Management Group. They include the following:
Berkshire Hathaway subsidiary Garan, a leading private label apparel manufacturer, will relocate from 200 Madison Ave. to 31,754 square feet in a long-term lease.
AKAM Associates, a residential property management company, leased 26,406 square feet for a new corporate headquarters, relocating from 260 Madison.
Privately held CardWorks, the parent company of Merrick Bank, signed a long-term lease for 7,268 square feet.
JLL’s Paul Glickman, Diana Biasotti, Kristen Morgan and Harrison Potter represented Global Holdings. Garan was represented by Newmark’s Noel Flagg. Cardworks was represented by David Opper and Eddie Sisca with CBRE. A JLL team including Joe Messina, TJ Hochanadel and Dan Santagata represented AKAM Associates. The three leases bring 99 Park to 95% occupancy.

Since 1999, Paul has volunteered as the newsletter editor of passenger rail advocacy groups (one national, one local).
