Trio of Industrial Buildings Delivered in Valencia

Development of three new state-of-the-art industrial buildings totaling 254,722 square feet at Valencia Gateway V in Valencia, CA, has been completed. The buildings, which are being offered for lease, vary in size from 60,923 square feet to 105,047 square feet.

CBRE’s Craig Peters and Doug Sonderegger are handling the leasing for the project.

“The buildings are ideal for manufacturing, assembly and distribution companies as well as for film and television companies,” said Peters. “Gateway V is well within the 30-mile zone, with excellent I-5 freeway access and premium amenities just a few minutes away.”

One of the three structures, the 60,923 square-foot building located at 27909 Hancock Pkwy., has already been leased by Vision Media Management. Savills Studley’s Dean Krieger represented the tenant. CBRE’s Peters and Sonderegger represented the landlord, AEW Capital Management L.P and Sheridan Ebbert Development.
