Trinsic Planning 300-Unit Flower Mound Rental Community
Trinsic Residential Group is hoping a vote next week on its proposed Flower Mound apartment complex will get the 300-unit project rolling. Community Impact reports that the proposed site plan includes four four-story apartment buildings and 488 on-site parking spaces. The project will sit on nearly 11 acres inside the 237-acre Brookview mixed-use development.
The Aura Brookview apartment complex will be located near the intersection of Denton Creek Boulevard and Stonecrest Road within Brookview. Amenities will include:
- A fitness center
- A dog park
- A pickleball court
- Pool area and pavilion
- Covered parking
Trinsic has properties in Arizona, Colorado, Texas, North Carolina, Florida and Virginia.
Flower Mound is a town of 75,000 residents, 20 minutes north of Dallas. The town’s southern boundary is on Grapevine Lake.
