William Allen has been named managing partner for Trinity Partners’ Raleigh, NC office.

Trinity Partners Promotes William Allen to Managing Partner

Commercial real estate firm Trinity Partners has named William Allen as managing partner for the company’s Raleigh, NC office. In his newly expanded role, Allen will provide financial and operational oversight for the firm while continuing to focus on his office leasing responsibilities.

Allen, who has been involved in Triangle commercial real estate for more than 25 years, joined Trinity Partners in 2015 as director, office leasing and was promoted to partner in 2016. He has a career leasing transaction volume totaling over $1.5 billion.

Prior to joining Trinity Partners, William served as a principal with Avison Young. He began his career as a leasing and marketing representative for Spectrum Properties before moving to Daniel Corporation, where he acted as director of leasing for the firm’s Raleigh office.

Trinity Partners currently leases and/or manages over 26 million square feet of office, industrial, mixed-use, and retail space across the region through offices in Charlotte, Raleigh, Columbia and Greenville (SC).
