Trinity Groves Distribution Center “Almost Like Finding a Unicorn”

Keller Logistics sold a 472,284-square-foot distribution center in the Dallas neighborhood of Trinity Groves to buyer 2020 Singleton Blvd. LLC. The new owner acquired the rail-served distribution center because of its location. According to Colliers International, which spearheaded the transaction, the location will be the buyer’s final-mile distribution facility.

The sales price on the center at 2020 Singleton Blvd., just north of the CBD, was undisclosed with the asset assessed at $8.1 million. Chris Teesdale and Tom Pearson with Colliers represented the buyer, while Colliers’ Ward Richmond, Cole Hooper, and Brad Balke represented Keller Logistics.

Ward Richmond indicated that final-mile distribution is important in this day and age, and finding a large, rail-served distribution facility within five minutes of downtown Dallas doesn’t happen all that often. “It’s almost like finding a unicorn,” he added.
