Trinity Capital sells Huntersville industrial building sells for $28M to Clarion Partners

Trinity Capital Spins Off Charlotte-Area Logistics Park

Trinity Capital Advisors has sold Interchange Logistics Park, a 224,979-square-foot industrial building in Huntersville, to Clarion Partners. The building was sold for nearly $28.3 million, or more than $125 per square foot. The building was completed this year by Trinity Capital, which had fully leased the building to SEG Systems.

Edifice Inc. was the general contractor for Interchange Logistics Park, and Merriman Schmitt Architects headed design efforts. Trinity Capital first announced its plans to develop the project in late 2021 and construction began there last year.

The Charlotte Business Journal reports New York-based Clarion Partners has made several notable deals in the Charlotte industrial market. Most notably, the firm acquired much of Beacon Partners’ Metrolina Park development in late 2020 for $201 million.
