Trinity Capital Advisors Hires Jordan Quinn to Expand Industrial Portfolio

Charlotte, NC-based Trinity Capital Advisors has welcomed Jordan Quinn as an industrial partner with a focus on growing the company’s industrial platform.

Quinn will be a key member of the industrial team responsible for identifying new development and acquisition opportunities, maximizing current industrial investments and raising the company’s profile.

Quinn comes to Trinity Capital from JLL, where he served as executive managing director, leading the industrial platform across the Carolinas, and served on JLL’s US industrial council. His experience includes tenant representation, agency leasing, portfolio management, global site selection, speculative development advisory and supply chain consulting. Trinity Capital focuses on the acquisition and development of institutional-quality commercial real estate in the southeastern US. The firm has invested $4.2 billion acquiring and developing more than 29 million square feet of real estate projects in FL, NC, SC and TN, including office towers, industrial portfolios, life science parks, suburban office parks and mixed-use developments.
