TriMark USA Takes Down 211K SF

TriMark USA LLC inked a deal with Majestic Realty Co. to take down 211,312 square feet at Majestic Airport Center DFW near SH 121 in Lewisville. TriMark took space in the business park’s fourth phase, at 2801 S. Valley Pkwy. The facility will be used for distribution and manufacturing of restaurant equipment and supplies.

Al Sorrels represented the landlord in-house. Mark Miller of NAI Robert Lynn was the tenant representative.

Majestic Airport Center DFW is a 215-acre, master-planned business park, that will contain 3.2 million square feet of warehouse and distribution space upon buildout. The developer, Majestic Realty, is headquartered in Massachusetts.
