Trilogy Scores Financing for Bartow County BTR Community

Trilogy Investment Company closed a $30.7 million construction loan from Genesis Capital for REV3 at Stars Way, a 122-unit build-to-rent townhome community in Emerson, Georgia. Civil construction is underway, and vertical construction is set to begin in late June. First home deliveries are anticipated in late 2026.

Located northwest of Atlanta along the Interstate 75 corridor, the community will feature 122 modern townhomes with one-car garages.

Situated near major employment centers and regional transportation corridors, the community provides convenient access to Interstate 75, downtown Cartersville, LakePoint Sports, and the broader Atlanta metropolitan area. Residents will also benefit from proximity to retail, dining, and recreational amenities throughout Bartow County. Emerson is a growing town of 2,500 residents NW of Atlanta.

REV3 Homes, a division of Trilogy Investment Company, will serve as the builder for the project. Trilogy has developed project in 8 Sunbelt states.
