Trilogy Real Estate Group Opens Mid-Rise Apartments in Minneapolis’ Uptown

Chicago-based Trilogy Real Estate Group has opened The Bohen, a mid-rise apartment community in Minneapolis’s Uptown neighborhood. The investment and development firm has operated in the Twin Cities since 2010 and is actively developing several new projects locally.

“The Bohen brand aims to celebrate and connect with this historic neighborhood’s incredible charm,” said Girish Gehani, COO of Trilogy Real Estate Group. “We are excited to be part of Uptown’s renaissance and have developed our Passport Program to support local businesses and provide residents perks to shop, eat and enjoy nearby entertainment venues.

“Our vision is to make this community bold, exciting and artsy by enlivening Uptown and bringing our residents together with an extensive variety of state-of-the-art amenities that promote health and wellness,” added Gehani.

Situated at 2851 Hennepin Ave., The Bohen places residents within minutes of entertainment and dining options along with highly rated schools and major employers.
