TricorBraun Doubles Down on Growth with 70K-SF Lease
Due to continued growth, TricorBraun is expanding and will relocate from an existing facility in east Houston to occupy 70,106 square feet at Ella West Crossing in Pinto Business Park. TricorBraun is the first tenant to sign at Ella West Crossing, with an additional 151,287 square feet available to accommodate up to two additional tenants.
Recently developed by Seefried Industrial Properties, Ella West Crossing is a 221,363-square-foot class-A distribution facility at 606 West Rd. with access to Beltway 8 and Interstate 45. Ella West Crossing is located in a deed-restricted master-planned park backed by strong corporate sponsorship including Amazon, Coca-Cola and Sysco.
“As one of the world’s largest packaging providers, TricorBraun is the perfect tenant for this well designed and conveniently located distribution center,” said Kelly Landwermeyer of Dallas-based Holt Lunsford Commercial, who represented Seefried in the transaction.
Landlord reps were Landwermeyer, Craig Bean and John Kruse of Holt Lunsford Commercial, while the tenant reps were Steve Schmid and Will Condrey of Cresa.
