Tribeca Office Tower Adds Two Leases Totaling 21K SF

Olshan Properties has signed two leases totaling 21,411 square feet at 99 Hudson Street, Tribeca. Community College Campus Inc. leased 9,300 square feet for its NYC headquarters, relocating from 138 Spring Street. HR&A Advisors renewed their 12,111 square feet of space.

“Our vision for 99 Hudson revolves around meeting the market’s demand for high-end, newly constructed, premium space. Today’s discerning tenants seek environments that feel modern and tastefully designed,” said Zach Bornstein, president of Olshan Properties. “As exemplified by these two successful lease agreements, we have accomplished this at 99 Hudson, offering companies a compelling backdrop to reinforce their return-to-office efforts.”

Olshan Properties was represented in both transactions by Eric Cagner, Jon Franzel, Claire Koeppel and David Falk at Newmark. Campus Inc. was represented by Darell Handler and Kyle Galin from Handler Real Estate. Michael Mathias of Cushman & Wakefield represented the professional services firm in the five-year extension deal.
