TRIBE Leases Full Building in Baltimore 

TRIBE, a new movement and wellness school founded by Lola Manekin, Barri DeFrancisci, and Gary Grisham, is set to open its doors on April 6 at 107 E. Preston Street in Baltimore City. The school, housed in a 6,000-square-foot building leased from MCB Real Estate, aims to offer a holistic approach to health and wellness through a variety of practices. 

Using Earth’s five elements as its foundation, TRIBE will provide classes and programs such as AntiGravity Fitness, Calisthenics, Dance, Mixed Martial Arts, Pilates, and Yoga. Additionally, the school will offer recovery and healing programs including infrared sauna and cold plunges, as well as breathwork sessions, meditation classes, and sound baths. The school will cater to all age groups, from toddlers to senior citizens.
