Tribal Wealth Fund Pays $82M for Charlotte Apartment Community

Trammell Crow offloaded Alexan Mill District, a 290-unit apartment community at 1001 N. Brevard St. in Charlotte. The Seminole Tribe of Florida Sovereign Wealth Fund paid $82 million for the rental asset.

Northmarq’s Charlotte Multifamily Investment Sales team, led by Allan Lynch, Caylor Mark, Andrea Howard, John Currin, Jeff Glenn, and Austin Jackson, represented Trammell Crow.

Built in 2024, Alexan Mill District offers studio, one- and two-bedroom units with private balconies and dual-entry porches.
