Triad Lagoon Valley Acquires 840 Acres for Conservation Community Development

Triad Lagoon Valley, LLC, a subsidiary of Seattle’s Triad Development, completed the acquisition of approximately 840 acres from Lennar Corporation to develop its mixed-use Lagoon Valley master plan in Vacaville.

Lagoon Valley is approved as a conservation community, balancing jobs with housing, with more than 80% of its specific plan area entitled for open space/recreational use. Site grading is scheduled to commence in May 2020, with building construction to begin in early 2021.

Lagoon Valley is located along Interstate 80 at Lagoon Valley Road, between San Francisco and Sacramento. The master plan calls for a mix of Class A offices, 12 distinct residential neighborhoods, and a variety of recreational components.

A Kidder Mathews team of James Lees, Sandy Rodriguez, Max Sander, or Skip Whitney will handle the leasing assignment for Ascend @ Lagoon Valley, seven, four-story mass timber office buildings planned to encompass more than 700,000 square feet.
