Greensboro-Area Team Eyeing Mixed-Use Project Near Airport

Phillips Management, with Signature Property Group, is developing a mixed-use community with more than 700 multifamily units, commercial and office space near Piedmont Triad International Airport.

The Triad Business Journal reports the development would have two phases, the first of which would have up to 715 residential units. The second of which would include uses such as offices and light industrial, with buildings up to 165,900 square feet.

The first phase would include a townhome community, with construction likely beginning in the first quarter of 2027, with the first units completed in the first quarter of 2028 and the project completed at the end of 2028.

Phillips Management is an owner, developer and manager of multifamily communities in the Southeast. Signature Property Group, founded in 1990, has developed multifamily communities in the Triad, Triangle and Charlotte areas.
