TRIA Adds Haril Pandya as Senior Principal

Boston-based TRIA, an award-winning multi-disciplinary architecture firm, has appointed Haril Pandya, FAIA as senior principal. A nationally recognized leader in architecture and urban transformation, Pandya joins TRIA to help drive the firm’s strategic growth into emerging market sectors.

Before joining TRIA, Pandya served as SVP and principal at a highly regarded national design firm, where he led national practice growth and oversaw the firm’s Boston office. He previously spent 16 years as a principal at one of Boston’s largest design and planning firms, where he led one of the city’s most successful adaptive reuse and repositioning practices.

Along with his extensive work in mixed-use, multifamily, workplace and retail/hospitality project types, his work has contributed to the transformation of more than 75 office buildings across Boston and nationwide.

“Haril’s expertise, vision, and trusted relationships across the AEC industry make him an extraordinary addition to our leadership team,” said Sherwood Butler, president and CEO of TRIA.
