Trepp Partners with NYU Stern on Innovation Challenge in Real Estate Finance

Trepp has launched its inaugural Innovation Challenge, in partnership with NYU Stern’s C.H. Chen Institute for Global Real Estate Finance. The Challenge will encourage students to explore innovative solutions to a diverse range of issues facing the commercial real estate industry as it evolves to address the needs of its members, investors, lenders and the public at large. 

“Launching the Innovation Challenge is an exciting initiative from the Education Segment,” said Erin Timko, Trepp’s director of academic and industry relations. “Our goal is to provide individuals with the tools and resources to ignite change in our industry. Partnering with NYU on this program enhances our efforts to collaborate with students and professors.” 

Added Dr. Sam Chandan, director of the Chen Institute, “I am grateful to Trepp for their long legacy of innovation and for this latest investment in ideas from students and faculty at universities around the world.”
