Trepp Moves to Rockefeller Center

Trepp will move its corporate offices to 600 Fifth Ave., a landmark high-rise at Rockefeller Center in Midtown Manhattan. Trepp will occupy the entire seventh floor of the 27-story tower, starting in March 2018.

Landlord Tishman Speyer worked with Trepp to design open, collaborative work spaces, both indoors and outdoors.

“The new location will be designed with a seamless, modern space featuring an open and state-of-the art design with dedicated breakout areas for teams,” said Annemarie DiCola, CEO of Trepp.

Built in 1952, the 371,200-square-foot tower was the last completed in the 12-building complex. CBRE brokers working with Trepp included Mary Ann Tighe, Rob Hill, Ben Friedland, Ramneek Rikhy, and Marlee Teplitzky.
